Solvo Global is looking for talented individuals for the role of Administrative Assistant. If you live in Medellin, Barranquilla, Bogota, Cali or one of our other office locations, have at least 6 months of experience in the field, and possess a good level of English, wed love to meet you!
Position: Administrative Assistant in the legal industry!
Responsibilities:
Send professional emails to clients and internal staff, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with clients and internal teams.
Answer phone calls, take detailed messages, and ensure follow-up.
Accurately input client and case information into the system, keeping records up to date.
Make 10-30 calls per day to clients and referrals.
Assist in managing court deadlines and maintaining an organized calendar of appointments.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Colombia Time, CST).
Requirements:
English level: Advanced (B2-C1).
At least 6 months of experience.
Preferably a professional, technical, or technologist degree (not exclusive;relevant experience is key).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.
Organized, friendly, and comfortable handling phone conversations.
