Join our team! We seek a talented bilingual receptionist (English-Spanish).This opportunity requires working on-site at our Medellín, Colombia location.
Responsibilities:
Greet, assist, and/or direct all visitors including customers, newcomers, clients and vendors to host employees
Ensure that the reception area are kept tidy and clean always
Update calendars and schedule meetings
Top management visits/meetings organization
Random Reservations/bookings
Incoming & outgoing correspondence
Management of recycling and creating Eco-friendly environment
Office related taxi services & transfers
Music scheduling in reception and canteen (if applicable)
Daily security questions, cooperation with security guards
Order front office supplies and maintain in stock
Swiped On system daily maintenance
JIRA, ticket monitoring, re-assigning
Document flow for incoming/outgoing mails & cargo (Post Office, International courier services)
Bio Star fingerprint access system, Access Cards, control of resignation files/ file administration in terms of Office Management needs
Assisting other administrative staff with overflow work, including word processing, data entry and research.
Additional projects based on Office Management needs
Perform his/her duties in accordance with standards and procedures established by the company
Comply to Internal Policy and instructions
Perform job obligations in proper, high quality and timely manner

Ensure compliance and accuracy of the provided information
Timely execution of any other reasonable tasks provided by the Direct Manager falling within the held position
Replace colleagues during their vacations, sick leaves and other absences, provided that replacement take place during working time and shall not be considered as additional work
Ensure full attendance at trainings and workshops necessary for job assignments according to the development plan and request of the Direct Manager
Be Care for assigned work resources and items
Carry out the activities related to person safety
Request the manager to provide timely and accurate job assignments and to secure necessary resources for execution of job responsibilities and tasks.
Provide the manager proposals for work improvement.

Qualifications
At least 1 year experience in management, customer service, administration, or any other related field
Fluent English (verbal and written). Minimum B2.
Secondary education (Bachillerato). Preferably higher education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High sense of responsibility, punctuality, accuracy, and attention to details
The ability to accurately fulfil the direct management orders and work tasks
Tact and discretion, for dealing with confidential information
Multitasking- flexible and adaptable approach to work, the ability to work with fast-paced, everchanging environment
The ability to work independently and in a team
