We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Integration & Clinic Performance Manager in executing high-impact initiatives across EHR integration, data management, and performance reporting. This role will be instrumental in ensuring that Allevios data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and optimized for real-time decision-making. Responsabilidades:
EHR Integration & Standardization
Assist in the implementation of Allevios preferred EHR system, ensuring seamless data migration from legacy systems (eCW, NextGen, AdvancedMD).
Support EHR selection and integration efforts, including research, vendor coordination, and tracking key implementation milestones. Data Management & Reporting
Assist in building and maintaining Allevios centralized database to consolidate clinic, provider, financial, and operational data.
Support the migration of clinic performance reports from manual Excel-based tracking to Power BI dashboards.
Work closely with finance and revenue cycle teams to refine cash flow forecasting and billing/RCM reports.
Maintain data integrity by conducting quality control checks and troubleshooting inconsistencies across systems.
Identify KPIs and reporting needs for each department to ensure leadership has actionable insights. Performance & Strategic Insights
Assist in analyzing clinic and provider performance trends to support data-driven decision-making.
Help develop and refine forecasting models for revenue, patient volume, and financial projections.
Provide ad hoc reporting support for leadership, integrating multiple data sources into clear, actionable insights.
Support geographic expansion analysis by leveraging demographic and market data to guide location strategy.
Habilidades y calificaciones - Habilidades duras y blandas:
1-3 years of experience in business analysis, healthcare operations, finance, or data management.
Strong data manipulation skills must be proficient in Excel and SQL (Power BI preferred).
Ability to analyze and manipulate data no medical background needed, but must be comfortable working with complex datasets.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Detail-oriented, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills;ability to work cross-functionally
