Role Description: We seek a highly motivated and customer-oriented Client Satisfaction Employee to join our esteemed law firm. As a Client Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients and contributing to their success through their loyalty to the firm. Your dedication and exceptional Customer relations management skills will be essential in handling a variety of Client satisfaction efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Listen and get the best outcomes related to the clients needs.
- Get them their feedback or reviews about the experience with the case resolution.
- To be in constant communication with the clients to deliver different samples.
- Thankfulness of loyalty, for example, by sending gifts.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with Retention or Customer Loyalty.
- Must be bilingual (C1 - C2).
- Experience with customer service tasks.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Effective and consistent communication abilities. Capable of problem-solving and multitasking.
