Your main mission:
Delight our members by being their first point of contact and solving their concerns effectively!

What youll do:
Answer calls from members and providers professionally
Actively listen and clarify concerns
Provide clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand info
Show empathy & de-escalate difficult situations
Handle insurance updates (add dependents, change doctors, update addresses)
Review documents to quote benefits accurately
Document every detail during the call in our system
Ensure confidentiality & HIPAA compliance
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance
Support and guide new team members during onboarding

What were looking for:
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliability and attention to detail
Analytical thinking and problem-solving
Ability to stay updated with changing plan docs
Adaptability to role and company growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Call center experience in a medical/benefits setting is a big plus
Knowledge in UR/Claims/COBRA/FSA/Eligibility is preferred
English level: B2+ to C1 required

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Weekends OFF Saturday & Sunday
