Position Overview:
Join our team as an Intake Specialist and play a crucial role in connecting with prospective clients. Were looking for a motivated individual who excels at building relationships and closing deals.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate consistently with clients via phone and email.
- Spend several hours daily on the phone with clients, providing information about our services.
- Utilize your skills as a closer to persuade clients to choose our firm.
- Reach out to interested clients (no cold calling) and handle initial communications.
- Conduct intake processes efficiently and accurately.
- Close deals effectively, securing client engagements.
- Build and maintain strong, personable connections with clients.

Qualifications:

- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect effectively with prospective clients.
- Strong motivation to achieve success and contribute to team goals.
- Demonstrated drive, resilience, and persistence in previous roles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.

What We Offer:
- Independent contract (freelance - prestación de servicios)
- Working hours: 40h weekly. (1-hour lunch, 30-minute break)
- Primas de servicios will be paid every half and end of year.
- Work 100% remotely.
