Role Overview:

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 3-5 years of experience in B2B service sales, particularly within the consulting, software solutions, or technology space. As an IT Sales Executive, you will:

Engage with potential clients to assess their needs and create tailored business development strategies.
Identify new market opportunities to support our growth in Colombia and Latin America.
Develop and execute compelling proposals, sales strategies, and closing plans.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on events and activities to promote Herzum?s solutions.




Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, including middle and executive management.
Lead the entire sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful outcomes.
Open new markets, identify business opportunities, and expand Herzum?s client base.
Produce executive-level reports and presentations, clearly articulating solutions and value propositions.
Collaborate with remote teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.


Required Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience in B2B services, consulting, software solutions, or technology environments.
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Proven track record in market development and account management.
Strong business network and ability to engage senior-level decision-makers.
Experience in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Excellent communication skills ? both verbal and written ? with a focus on relationship-building.
Strong negotiation and prioritization skills.
Ability to produce high-quality executive presentations and reports.
Self-starter, organized, and adept at working with remote teams.


Desired Skills:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Atlassian tools, or Monday.com.
CRM expertise, ideally with experience in systems such as Salesforce.
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
