Position: Intake Sales Marketing Relationship Specialist
Remuneration: $3.000.000
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7am 5pm (presencial)
Bogota, Cali, Medellin, Bucarmanga, Barranquilla

Responsibilities
1. Intake calls: take inbound calls from every new lead, gather information, invite the caller to
schedule an in-home free assessment with one of our case managers.
2. We review our private pay client database for potential referrals and prospective clients.
3. Oversee case managers calendars to schedule new home visits based on availability and
proximity.
4. We aim to identify clients or family income by seeking a minimum of 10 hours of private pay
homecare per week.
5. Leads meeting criteria are contacted for referrals or service needs.
6. Manage and monitor Meta Business Suite for all Facebook Pages. The main tasks include
collecting and analyzing campaign performance data to evaluate success and make
recommendations for improvement.
7. Promote social media presence and activity to enhance the visibility of all Synergy Facebook
pages. This includes creating content, posting relevant events, participating in events, and
organizing photo contests for special occasions.
8. Manage email campaigns and maintain subscriber lists.
9. Engage with caregivers and clients by sending birthday congratulations emails, anniversary
wishes, and greetings to maintain a good relationship with them.
10. Create, develop, and implement marketing strategies aimed at directing Synergy Franchise
towards growth, increasing market share, and making a positive impact across the community.
11. Database Mining: get new referrals from our clients family members.
12. Manage and monitor leads within the AxisCare or eRSP systems. Axiscare enables users to
track leads facilitating follow-up actions and tasks aimed at client conversions
