Summary
The call center agent is the main liaison between our company and current/ potential clients.
Essential Job Functions

1. Confer with customers by telephone, email, and via SMS portal to provide information about services, status updates, and process new cases (minimum conversion expectations of 50% for calls and 70 % for SMS leads).
2. Contact customers to respond to inquiries and process on-line hires.
3. Performs other duties as needed guided by the management team.
