Role: Client Support Specialist
Revscale is a software company specializing in AI-driven solutions. We create AI agents designed to optimize lead generation and customer acquisition, with a strong focus on the franchise industry. Our platform helps franchisors and franchisees streamline their customer journey from initial outreach to conversion.

Overview
Revscale is seeking a detail-oriented person to join our Customer Success team. In this role, youll play a key role in supporting multi-channel outreach campaigns, configuring client accounts, providing top-tier customer support, and managing administrative tasks. If you are tech-savvy, a strong communicator, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Customer Messaging & Support
Draft and refine personalized email and message templates to optimize engagement.
Manage customer support chat, responding promptly to inquiries via email and live chat.
Update and maintain the Customer Support Help Desk with relevant information.

Campaign & Content Management
Build and test omni-channel campaign workflows.
Optimize campaign modules for performance and prepare campaign reports.
Schedule and post content aligned with brand strategy.

Client Onboarding & CRM Tasks
Assist with account creation, setup, and portal seat management.
Configure access permissions and provide onboarding materials to new clients.
Perform account status checks and ensure accurate data syncing with HubSpot.
Segment audiences using Loops and organize customer data for outreach efforts.

Task & Data Management
Track tasks and progress using project management tools (e.g., Trello).
Conduct account reviews and compile reports for clients.
Analyze client data, generate insights, and support team data analysis tasks.
Research industry trends to enhance customer success strategies.

Qualifications & Skills
1-3 years of experience in a virtual assistant, customer success, or similar role.
Proficiency in project management tools and CRMs (e.g., Trello, Google Suite, HubSpot).
Strong attention to detailability to aggregate, analyze, and produce accurate reports.
Excellent written communication skills with a sales-minded approach.
Ability to handle inbound customer inquiries, escalate issues, and resolve support requests.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Shift: Monday To Friday 08:30 am to 06:30 pm EST. Weekends OFF.
