Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities:

Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personnel/ customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers

Requirements:

Must be fluent in English (B2 or above) and C1 in Spanish
Must have at least 6+ months of experience as a customer service representative and/or atleast 2 years and above experience in Technical Support background (specific to appliances and units)
Can work on a shifting schedule
Flexible in terms of schedule
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to handle customer queries through tickets, live chat, and voice support.
Demonstrates composure, professional attitude, and technical (Computers, Internet) savvy.
