What we look for:
- Minimum one year of experience in handling call center indicators, such as control tower, controller, or real-time indicator manager. Advanced Excel skills, preferably with knowledge of Access. High analytical capacity and attention to detail. Familiarity with call center metrics for inbound and outbound campaigns. Analysis and management of complex databases. Basic knowledge of SQL

- Minimum 8 semesters of engineering, business administration, or related fields
- Monday to friday, weekends off
