The Marketing Operations Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of the law firm's marketing efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in managing marketing campaigns, analyzing metrics, and optimizing processes to drive results.
Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
-Monitor and analyze key marketing metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates.
-Utilize marketing automation tools to manage campaigns, track performance, and generate reports.
-Implement best practices for data management and segmentation to improve targeting and personalization.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives.
-Identify areas for optimization and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
-Provide regular reports and insights on marketing performance to stakeholders.
-Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and automation.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
-Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
-Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of legal industry trends and terminology is a plus.
