Your Role
As a Airline customer service Expert, You will:
Provide exceptional customer support via phone.
Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every conversation.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: Advanced English B2+/C1
High School Diploma (physical copy required).
Availability: Training Schedule: Monday Sunday, 42 hrs, 2 Days OFF.
Operations Schedule: Work shifts Monday Sunday, 42 hrs, 2 Days OFF.
