Your Role
As a Bilingual Customer Expert, you will:
Assist customers who have questions, problems or doubts.
Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to maintain high quality service standards.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: Minimum B2 level (80% fluency).
Education and Work Experience Requirement: 6 months or more of customer service experience in the area of technology and have a university degree (physical diploma copy required).
Availability: Fulltime
