Your Role
As a Customer Collections Expert, you will:
· Provide financial assistance to individuals or businesses that may not qualify for traditional loans due to credit score limitations.
· Offer a range of financial products, such as credit cards, to meet customer needs.
· Oversee the management and recovery of outstanding debts from clients.
· Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
· Language Level: B2 english level to connect with global clients
· Education: High School Diploma (physical copy required).
· Availability: 42 hours per week! | 2 days off.
· Skills & Qualities: ·Strong Communication skills and negotiation abilities.
·Empathy and Customer Service Orientation.
·Attention to detail and organizational skills
