Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front-line contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and resolving their inquiries or issues for a leading global online food delivery marketplace, connecting consumers and restaurants through its platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalating complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Empathetic and patient attitude towards customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
