What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and technical support in a call center.
Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Time availability and excellent attitude.
Experience managing communication channels such as calls, chats, tickets, and emails.
Experience providing support to clients in the United States or other countries.
Your responsibilities:
Provide technical support and effective solutions to our clients in the United States.
Manage inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction in every interaction.
