Your Role
As a Customer Service Expert, you will:
Provide exceptional customer support via Phone / Chat (Multichannel account)
Solve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customers interactions.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: B2+ or higher - confident and fluent communication is key!
Education and Work Experience Requirement: High School Diploma / Experience +1 year in Customer Service or Customer Facing Roles
Availability: Full time availability
Skills & Qualities: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and problem-solving mindset.
