Job Description
As a Data Scientist, you will work with large datasets and apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop models, provide insights, and drive key decisions. Youll be collaborating with global teams, working on innovative projects, and using your problem-solving skills to bring impactful data solutions to life.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis to identify key insights and trends that can guide business decisions.
Model Development: Build, test, and deploy machine learning models to solve a variety of business challenges.
Data Preparation: Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into structured datasets ready for analysis and modeling.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, business analysts, and engineers to integrate data solutions into business strategies.
Reporting & Communication: Present findings and insights clearly and effectively in reports and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement: Enhance and optimize models for better performance and predictive accuracy.
Tool Development: Create dashboards, tools, and reports to support real-time decision-making and business operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst, or similar role in data-driven environments.
Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages commonly used in data science.
Experience with machine learning frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Keras.
Strong knowledge of statistics, data modeling techniques, and predictive analytics.
Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Strong proficiency in English (B2 or C1 level) with excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex data insights to a variety of audiences.
Experience with databases and SQL for data querying and manipulation.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience with big data technologies
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure.
