We are looking for a Development and Process Specialist to join our team at Contact Point 360.
In this position, you will be responsible for leading the creation and maintenance of organizational policies and processes in collaboration with the involved departments. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that these policies and processes are kept up-to-date and effectively communicated throughout the organization.
A key part of your role will be to implement and execute a process audit plan, including guidelines or policies. You will need to report monthly management updates, detailing the work done, the audited process, guideline, or policy, findings, and improvement plans. This will allow you to ensure efficiency and compliance with established standards.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and leading inductions for agents, staff members, and interns. This will involve creating clear and effective induction materials, as well as facilitating training sessions to ensure that all team members are aware of the companys processes and policies.
