Responsabilities:
Assist with employee onboarding and orientation.
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Respond to employee requests and inquiries
Be an expert in UKG payroll system
Create and share reports and HR dashboards with managers
Administer employee benefits and assist with enrollment.
Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys.
Help prepare and maintain HR documentation and reports.
Coordinate employee recognition programs and events.
Assist in managing HR projects and initiatives.
Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills:
2+ years in HR position
1+ years experience working with UKG (Preferred)
Proactive Detail oriented
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
