About Us: Viva Global has a client seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Operations Specialist with advanced HubSpot skills. This role focuses on optimizing operational processes within HubSpot to enhance overall marketing campaign effectiveness and database management. This position will work closely with the Founder of the company and serve as the primary advisor on all HubSpot-related initiatives and setups.
Responsibilities:
HubSpot Database and Operations Management:
Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, hygiene, segmentation, and accurate reporting.
Implement workflows, automations, and integrations to streamline operational efficiency.
Regularly audit HubSpot data to identify and resolve inaccuracies and maintain optimal database health.
Reporting & Analysis:
Create, maintain, and refine HubSpot reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Analyze campaign and operational performance metrics, translating data into strategies for continuous improvement.
Present clear and actionable insights to leadership, guiding strategic decision-making.
Operational Strategy and Research:
Conduct in-depth research on target customer personas and market segments to inform operational strategies.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to align operational practices with organizational goals.
Continuously explore and recommend HubSpot best practices and features to enhance operations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, with at least 1 year focused on HubSpot Enterprise administration.
Strong expertise in CRM management, lifecycle operations, and customer segmentation strategies.
Advanced proficiency in HubSpot reporting, workflows, and automation tools.
Exceptional analytical skills to effectively interpret data and inform business strategies.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of executing tasks independently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience independently conducting research to enhance operational and campaign initiatives.
Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other operational tools and CRM platforms.
Proven ability to proactively identify operational enhancements and implement effective solutions.
Benefits:
Full-time, 100% remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM ? 5 PM Eastern Time (New York).
Indefinite-term contract with employee benefits according to local law.
Paid time off provided in the first year.
