Were looking for a Supervisor Lead. You will be responsible for managing the of supervisors and agents assigned to the team, in order to reach compliance and exceed the operational standards. You must check constantly the performance and quality of both supervisors and agents according to the stablished targets.
What youll be doing:
Daily follow up to the TOPS to manage supervisors.
Support, motivate, evaluate, and provide coaching to the team.
 Maximize teams productivity.

The TOP Team is looking for someone who:
Has a 90% and up English level.
Has minimum 1 year of experience as a supervisor or as a lead in sales or commercial accounts.
Has experience/knowledge in digital marketing.
Enjoys helping others and solving situations with a positive attitude.
Is proactive, responsible, empathic, and a good listener.
