Salary: COP 3,000,000 + Auxilio de transporte de 200k
Working Hours: Availability from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday (Two days off, which can be consecutive)
(It does not mean that people will work from 8 to 10, it means that the schedule can be in that time frame 8:00 to 6:00 pm / 9:00 am to 7 :00 pm / 10:00 am to 8:00 pm / 11:00 am - 9:00 pm / 12:00 to 10:00 pm)
Workhours per week: 45
Commission: Unlimited commission scale
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to join our team in Cali, Valle del Cauca. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments for a construction American Company.
Responsibilities:
Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide necessary information.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Achieve and exceed appointment-setting targets to maximize commission opportunities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
